No matter what time of day I go, I always have to wait at least 15 minutes after my appointment time before I’m attended to. They do a great job and I live next door which is why I continue coming here, but it’s extremely frustrating and disrespectful of peoples time to operate like this without even apologising or showing any signs of trying to finish the other client quickly.
