I booked a 10:45 appointment through treatwell and received an email in the morning saying it was moved to 12:00 and that was fine for me. But the lady tried to fit me in at 11 although she was waiting for another client at that time. I felt like my treatment was rushed, no face massage at the end and I added an extra microdermabrasion treatment for 10€ that should last atleast 30 mins and she did it for 15 minutes only.
