We were greeted and told 2 ladies did not come to work, so what should have been a 2hr session became a 4 hr session with alot of sitting around waiting. then we were not given all the treatments in the package. It was supposed to be 2 vip packages and 1 basic, my daughter tells me she didn’t have half of the treatments done that I did. I had a head massage and shampoo and conditioner. She didn’t have any of those! Communication was very bad.
