Very unfortunate my prepaid appointment was the day before - Mea Culpa - but to my surprise - they were rigid / said they called me which I verified - and they didn’t - I am on a 3 minute walk - anyways no understanding whatsoever - totally no focus or understanding of the customer - being a resident and a frequent customer - the result is they lost a client FOREVER - So reminder to all users : better check twice cause if not you loose your money - Eve G. doesn’t give a @@ !! There are better salon’s with real customer service around - avoid Eve !
