I changed my hairdresser after 10y, was really afraid how that's going to look like since the color is missed (darker than it was) but Criss took all my comments into consideration and in the end it looks good. I had my hair cut as well, again, not something I am used to but not bad, probably I am the only one who see difference on my hair :) I don't like to change hairdressers and this was big shock to me, but in the end results were satisfactory. We already agreed what to change next time :) Criss is amazing, so open and collaborative. And I like a lot hair products they are using in the salon.
