Horrifying experience for the pedicure! Do not go here this is dangerous for your health. This is a hair salon and does not have any qualification or equipment to do manicures and pedicures at all. Firstly there is no equipment to properly clean and desinfect the tools so dermatitis, infections and fungi can be transmitted easily. Some tools like the cuticle wood stick were heavily used and dirty! No chairs and foot rests - had to put my feet on the lap of this lady while she was sitting on the floor and she put the tools in her lap and on a dirty chair! One tool fell from her lap to the floor and she just continued to use it. Used only 1 glove. She had no idea what she was doing at all and the treatment was hurting. I left after 15 minutes of this debacle and told her this is not acceptable but she did not seem to care at all. Reporting this salon to the health and safety department of Barcelona as it is impossible that hey have a nail technician license and also reporting to Treatwell!
