I cannot really say how it was the sessions since I haven’t had the session. I booked on the morning to get a meeting at 4 pm and the service confirmed the session. But then, I went to the shop and it was closed. I had to call her to know what it was going on: she saw the appointment but she was having an event. Not a big deal but I would have appreciated a phone call or a message before going, since I was working.
