I had brazilian waxing. Something went wrong with booking saying I had massage and pedicure too, but I only had the "depilación con cera de inglés integrales". I wanted to keep a little bit of hair, but remove most of it.
The lady performing it left wax on for a long time at two different times while she was picking up the telephone speaking to clients. The first time it rang, she spoke such a long time with an client in the entrance room, that she had to come in to the waxing room with the phone and continue talking - while removing the wax. The next time it rang she had the phone next to her and was talking in the phone at the same time working.
This would be okay if it not was that the treatment was bad done. And also, I would say doing intimate waxing need extra attention, for clients to feel at ease - and for security of skin etc.
I have done this type waxing many times before, with the beauty therapists full attention to their work.
Beside the inattentive lady at the saloon, the big problem comes to when I home later and having a shower. I realise it is still so much green wax left on my skin and hair that can't be washed away! Totally stucked and need to be cut off. Some doesn't disappear are from the skin. Very unpleasant experience overall, starting from during the treatment, til result of it.
