Not sure why Susy is rated so highly by others, because this was one of the worst manicures of my life. She uses outdated and unsafe tools -- one of which (a buffing machine) burned my foot. She cut my fingernail cuticles so badly that my finger was bleeding (and she didn't seem to care). My cuticles looked worst than before my manicure after she was done, and I have pictures to prove it. The nail polish on a few fingers also chipped off the next day. Unfortunately I sent my experience and pictures to Treatwell and they didn't do anything about my horrible experience.
Get a much better manicure for the same price at lots of other places in Barcelona! Trust me!
