My appointment started almost an hour later than it was supposed to. I was given a nice coffee while I waited but the wait was much longer than expected. When my appointment actually started, I did not feel like the employee really knew what she was doing. While taking the old polish off my nails using a machine, she failed to ask if it hurt or not, and IT DID, by the way. She also did the same thing when she was doing my cuticles. She did not put anything on them to soften them before doing any work and made me bleed three times without even saying sorry or doing anything to stop the bleeding. Instead, she only commented that my skin was dry. My nails look ok, but just that, ok. There is nail polish left on the edges of my fingers and blood around the nail bed. Not ideal.
