Really really disappointed. I arrive and said I had an appointment. I came in and the lady started to work on my feet. I was the only one in the salon. What I ended up with was with 3 cuts on my toes, a little blood on 2, a messy polish that will come off because the polish is also connected to my skin and not just the nail. I asked for normal polish, which they had ONLY 3 colors to choose from, and then told that semipermanent was better and they had many many more colors. So I went with that. Also when I left I was told I hadn’t paid. When I showed my booking, I was told it wasn’t prepaid. When I showed the payment, I was told I had to pay 50% of my booking price more for the semi permanent because it wasn’t included. I left very upset from the bad pedicure and paying way more than what I booked for. It was my first time using treatwell and I am hesitant to ever use it again.
